I've included the 'Lunch Date' word art title on this one (as well as the heart stamp) but really this template is great for documenting anything when you swap the title out. Use four photos or merge one across the page with room some short journaling in the centre. (I've also included a merged photo mat as a hidden layer - where one photo masks in across all of the photo spots). PSD format, 12x12 size.
