Day 10 documents my son and I honing our homemade pasta making skills. I made the card and the number is from last year's December Daily digital number set. - December Daily 2022 - Week One
Happy December - we made it through week one. I'm making a two-page spread per day and numbering the pages this year. The red journal card is from last year's In A Creative Bubble December Daily kit. The number 07 is from last year's December Daily Variety Number Set. So that's week one. It's looking very similar to my album last year and that is fine by me.

I don't participate every year but I've done five albums since 2010 and they are such a treasure. This year I am coming out of a month of not scrapbooking as much as usual due to travel and lots of colds and flu in our house, so I am really looking forward to this project. I also want to concentrate on photos this year. I'm so excited about this project this year.

Day 16 documents the last day of school for the year and the start of their summer holidays. I also used digital numbers from last years' December Daily kit on the photo. Day 22 is in celebration of Zara getting her learners' permit this week. The paper is from one of this years' December Daily 10x8 paper packs - I love it. Day 24 is just a quick capture of our Christmas Eve. Digitals are by Paislee Press.

I don’t really do resolutions - I know it’s magical thinking to believe ‘new year, new me’. But I do like to choose a word, or even a direction (or a suggestion of a direction), for the year. This year I’m choosing ‘real’. I’m not even fancying it up by saying ‘authentic’. like the beginning of the new year for me. Our strategy has been to mix up gluten free versions of our favourites with brand new recipes.

This year my main scrapbooking project was my digital journal, a 10x8 photobook called 'Digest'. over the year. This is Week01 so far (the numbers I'm using for the weeks are from last year's digital December Daily If the grids are the only thing I end up getting done this year, then that will be fine. I also mentioned last year that I would be offering classes in 2023.

I'm still happy with the template and look forward to working on the spreads every week. It's been a few years since I did weekly Project Life and I like the immediacy of it as well as the ease WORK-FLOW Ten weeks in and I've got a good rhythm and work flow going. I use my paper diary to make notes of things that happened during the week along side our appointments and plan to print an 8x10 photobook with Blurb at the end of the year.

We were away over the long weekend, so I had to wait until today (Wednesday) to catch up on last week's Plenty left for other projects and pages :) It only took me about twenty minutes to get this week done This week I've used two journaling spots, a TV poster, a concert poster and a 'Today' filler card from That's it for this week. Simple and done. #ProjectLife

It was my last week home from work for the Christmas break. I didn't take many photos this week. I'm calling it December Daily burn out :) I don't stress about low-photo weeks. I watched a lot of movies this week too so that filled a few spots. in PSE using a simple grid template and plan to print an 8x10 photobook at Blurb at the end of the year
